Eurobound has won the Atout France Best Tour Operator of the Year award as voted by travel agents. The award marks the third year Eurobound has won the French Tourist Office honor, with over 400 travel professionals citing the company as best tour operator.
New Bordeaux and Nice package
A new, 8-night itinerary for two to Bordeaux and Nice for 2024 illustrates how Eurobound works with travel advisors to create packages tailored to clients’ interests. “The couple was interested in food and wine, but also wanted to work in some beach time. So, we included half-day tours focused on food and wine, balanced with leisure time. In Nice, hotel accommodations overlooking the Promenade des Anglais and the Bay of Angels provide easy access to the beach, while in Bordeaux we selected a hotel conveniently located in the city center,” says Eurobound Vice President, Marketing and Sales, Jeff Roy.
The package begins with four nights in Bordeaux followed by four nights in Nice. In Bordeaux three half-day excursions include a private food tour in Chartrons, Bordeaux’s 17th and 18th century wine district; plus, small-group tours of the Medoc, and St. Emilion wine regions.
The Nice visit also features three half-day tours. A private walking tour of the Old Town includes food tastings, while another private tour visits Chateau de Cremat, including wine tastings. A small-group tour takes in Monaco, Monte-Carlo, and Eze.
Per person price is $4,395, based on double occupancy. In addition to tours, the price includes 4-star hotel accommodations, private airport and train transfers, plus rail travel from Bordeaux to Nice.
